Evan Conrad

Evan directs the financial management of KNG Capital and its portfolio companies. He was integral to the acquisition of FQE Chemicals (2013), the establishment of ATEN Realty Inc. (2014) and the divestiture of FourQuest Energy Inc.’s MENAC region (2016). His focus is on driving growth and profitability through strong financial reporting and analysis, efficient financing structures, and intelligent tax design.

After earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 2006, and a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008, Mr. Conrad became a Chartered Accountant in 2009. He spent seven years at an international accounting firm providing tax, assurance and advisory services for clients with both public and private accountabilities.
